Maintenance is the least glamorous and most valuable thing you can do for your HVAC system. Here are the questions we hear most.
How often, and what is included
At least once a year in our climate, ideally a pre-summer visit; lake and wooded lots benefit from twice. A real tune-up covers refrigerant, coil cleaning, condensate clearing, electrical component checks, and thermostat calibration.
Does it actually save money?
Yes, in two ways: a clean, correctly charged system uses less energy, and catching a worn capacitor or low charge early prevents a bigger failure. Maintenance-plan members also get priority scheduling during the summer rush.
